Yes, he puts resin in it. That's why he drills the holes in the kerf to allow air bubbles to release.

Beautiful box once again thumpper.

I use the holes to take advantage ofcapillary attraction..the resin gets drawn in thru the

slits and the air bubbles come out thru the holes...

this ensures that the kerfs are 100% filled and rock

solid once the resin cures....

by the time I am done with the Kerf it is stronger than the MDF itself

Once again a nice box for sure. Your attention to detail and clean cuts have become your signature. I have two NIB 10" L5 that may have found a reason to be installed after seeing this enclosure!
