Looking for a decent monoblock amplifier to push 2 kicker 10cvr122 subs @ 2 ohm
It will be just fine. Head room is always good. Amp will run cooler and without struggling to serve the demand. Get your Big3 done, a good Couple AGM batts, and you should be just fine with the supply for the demandI was actually looking at this one, just wasn't sure if it's too much RMS @ 2. Still green with electronics, lol.
It should have a built in fan also to help keep cool as well..I was actually looking at this one, just wasn't sure if it's too much RMS @ 2. Still green with electronics, lol.

Mine has one, as well as my 1ohm version
There already wired for 2ohm, wouldn't know how to wire them any lower and don't they can be. Thx for your help it's much appreciated. There currently on a Hi-fonics 1500 2ch, which I'm starting to have some issues with but it's had a good 7yr life.https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/subwoofer-wiring-diagrams.asp?Q=2&I=22
Be sure to wire those subs properly to a final 2 ohm load and not @ 1/2 ohm/0.50
Man.. Thats Like DOUBLE the price of what has been recommended for a pair of Kickers.Sundown SIA1750

Thats a Redi. price for 1750 watt amp
Should the 1200w do ok in a stock ASTRO van? Big 3 is already done, stock alternator. I think the 3000 would be overkill on my basically stock electrical system.
