So in a society dominated by sex and violence, having your children blow the heads off of some of the most realistic representations of human beings in Call Of Duty is more socially acceptable than seeing the top of a grown man's underwear? Has society really gone that far off the cliff of reality? Being decent about the matter is something totally different. You can ask me all you want to "fix" my attire, but at the end of the day you have no say in the matter and will simply have to deal. I would understand if they were this man's employer, but no way in hell does anyone have the right to demand this in public. Indecent exposure only deals in matters where copious amounts of SKIN are shown. Therefore, if I wanted to run around in six pairs of shorts at even intervals down my legs, I may choose to do so. No one, not even the police, have any authority in this matter. I don't go around telling fat people to put on larger shirts because their fat rolls are too revealing in their tight shirts. I just come up with a simple solution-DON'T STARE AT FAT PEOPLE WEARING TIGHT CLOTHING. That's all it takes; a little self control.
Sure they do. Same exact thing Walmart and Meijer does. No shirt, no shoes, no service. No ass hanging out no service. Get over yourself thinking you have a right to let your ass hang out in public. Your just being ignorant at this point.

So the stranger who chooses to walk out in public dressed 'indecently' gets to decide where the line is drawn with your children? I think not.

You keep trying to compare this to situations it is not. This is not some guy wearing a shirt with a dead kitten on it, and its not a fat person who needs to pull their shirt down... its a guy who knowingly chose to walk out in public wearing what he knew was a morally questionable outfit, and then cried foul when he got called on it. All your parallels are merely to try and make this situation look like someone exercising their right to not give a crap what anyone around them is comfortable with.

Here lies the flaw to righteous argument. No ass is being shown whatsoever. No one is emulating a plumber here, it is underwear. I see more ass from dirty skanks at walmart in tight jeans.

And for the record, I have personally never been refused service ANYWHERE for wearing my pants a certain way.

My analogies are perfectly relevant. It's all a matter of what YOU think is morally questionable and what I think is morally questionable. Apparently our opinions differ, but the last time I checked this was America. If you want a regulated dress code, join the army. I don't understand why this man's attire is such a problem, no matter how morally unjust you find it.

You act like its so minor to see his underwear, as if its a major issue for the guy to just pull his pants up for the flight. And you claim the line is drawn at no ass skin being shown, I huess that makes you the judge of what our society should accept. What happens if he decides to show ass next flight? Do we all have to look away and tell ourselves its okay because we play violent video games in the privacy of our own homes?

Again, Im not bothered by some guys boxers. but someone was. The guy could have been mature about it and simply pulled up his pants. Instead, he decided to be a little bitch about it.

I understand and "wait for it" AGREE that he could have handled the situation a little better, but your reply is exactly the same as mine. Who has the authority to force their beliefs on someone else? I don't find it as a moral catastrophe, so who is anyone to say that I have to accept something different? No where in the Commandments, the Constitution, or any of it's amendments does it outline fashion do's and dont's.

I dont understand why the guy pulling his pants up for the remainder of the flight is such a problem, no matter how morally unjust you find it.
Lol. Start a thread with daily pictures of your outfit. I will critique you based on style and fit, then tell you what I feel bothers me. You will then have to change or "adjust" and repost a picture. After I approve, you may go about your day, BUT only then. Sounds ridiculous right? I agree that the decent thing to do would be to oblige, but in no way does he have to comply. Like I said , he could and most likely did, tell them fuck off.

You are making an exaggeration beyond relevant. This is THEIR plane NOT HIS. Pretty simple ******* logic. Yes, he does have to comply as he is boarding someone else's property and must follow their policies. If you walk in my home looking like that I will ask nicely for you to pull them up. You refuse, then find another place to chill.
