KERF Port!!!!!!!! HOW!

10 cuts, moving the fence 1/2" at a time will give you a 3 1/2" radius. I set my blade so there is about 1/16 to 3/32" material left. Just takes trial and error to get the correct depth.

 
Y do it at all, one it messes with your tuning, and 2 you wont be able to tell the difference except in looks!

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
