Tape the gap up so that no debris will get into the gap. Take a knife to the surround and spiders, then get creative to get every bit off then dremel it to a clean surface with no glue or gouges in the metal. If you do get something in the gap get or make some double sided tape and dig around in there.

Reconing it myself as you can tell in the other thread //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Tomorrow I will see what happens with those rubber coil spacers... in the meantime, Jon, find all the equipment to bag my car so I can start a wishlist.

I will also find out tomorrow if the body shop is going to sponsor me, although I was told by a forum member here that if I weld my sunroof the roof will wave.

Until I find out what I should do re: the sunroof, here is how my sunroof sits now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Thanks Jon //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I'll see what I can do about the body shop sponsoring me... I talked to the guy who does all the work to my car and he said they're having money problems, but to propose the idea to the owner tomorrow and see what I can work out.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Those rubber blocks raised the rear up... and he said they won't ever come out unless we intend to take them out. We went on a "speed bump course" and came out victorious! This should be great until I can afford air bags.

BTW, some guy said he'd "sponsor" me with a discount, $1800 for:2 VIAIR 480C, 200 PSI, 100% DUTY CYCLE

1 200 PSI PRESSURE SWITCH

1 CHROME SWITCH BOX (Hand Held 9 Switch)

8 "Blow Proof" 1/2" AIR SOLENOID VALVE

4 UNIVERSAL AIR SUSPENSION AERO SPORT 9"

1 D.O.T. APPROVED FITTING & HOSES FOR F.B.S.S

1 POLISHED STAINLESS 5 GAL TANK (NO RUST!)

1 SET OF BRACKET KIT

1 HEAVY DUTY SOLENOID

1 BOLT PACK

US PATENT US 6457702

i spent about 2k on all of my stuff, and its quality stuff and 600 was a custom 4 link (which im not even gonna use now cuase i have the wall!)

hit me up on AIM tonight and ill show u some shit to get

I got sponsored by the body shop //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I have to pay materials and depending on the job, a little labor.

He said to spend some time writing a long *** list of what I want to do with my car, I'm excited.

I want to have Jon install door poppers and get all door handles shaved, Chrysler on the sides shaved and trunk key hole shaved. He has a special glue that he's going to seal my sunroof with, he said I would ruin the roof trying to get the sunroof open with the glue that's how strong it is. He offered to weld it and get rid of it, but he said the other option would be cheaper and look/function just as good.

He said business was slow right now, but if my car could benefit him at all he would take my sponsorship more seriously.

He saw the wall, he's like ****! I said it's probably one of the loudest daily driver cars in Florida... he said well, you come back here when you get your recone and prove it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I get my recone on Friday I think
