Me burping it and not giving it adequate time to cool is part of the reason for it's death.

When I spoke to Scott last night, he said around 10 minutes minimum after each burp... I was waiting a minute or two.

I love my BTLs... I'm hitting wonderful numbers with mine, and they sound **** good. Like I said a long time ago, only way I'd switch from a BTL would be if Scott made something better for me.

I have seen the Funkin' handle alot of power... Sean and myself were putting 2000 - 5700 watts onto his 12" MF for many burps one after another. It was okay with this... although at the roundup we pounded on the BTL as well and it was okay there for us.

when i would burp my RE Mt 18's they would get warm after three burps.
