Does your car have leaf spring suspension in the back? I dont think that it does, but check out that link for some shocks to help the load.
Its a front wheel drive car and I dont see why it would have a solid axle in the back.

Kenny...none of my air-ride suppliers has kits for the LHS...so your looking at piecing it together. Grant knows much more about it than I do, but I'll get you the leaf springs or Air-Bags off Tractor trailers to be on the uber-safe side...

Send me links for my car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
And you're SURE they will help with my sagging? It's 1,200 lbs total added weight
the stuff i'm lookin at has a load capasity of atleast 1500-2000lbs and i think i came across one with 4500lbs...and thats just the rears i'm looking at

You're a dumbass.

His car doesn't have leaf springs in the back. It has struts. All the shit you posted is completely worthless. How about you do some research before wasting your time (and kenny's).

80 I know my car is the chosen car, but all of that stuff says "tractor this and tractor that" not too sure about them... but then again, I know nothing mechanically

Although with my sub blowing I've learned A LOT more about electricity, wiring and subwoofers. So I guess that's one good thing.

What search did you use?

I typed in "chrysler LHS rear suspension" in yahoo, and that was one of the first results.

Any person who has a little bit of experience with cars knows that 99.9% of front wheel drive cars have strut suspensions. Hell my friends old 1990 ford tempo had struts. In fact, I can't even think of a FWD car off the top of my head that has a leaf spring rear suspension.

EDIT: This is basically a lost cause besides doing a complete airbag suspension. Struts are a supreme pain in the *** to work on, and I don't even know of anybody who makes "lift" struts or anything like that. The only thing I could think of would be some stiffer springs that hold the weight better, but I don't know if thats even something that is possible seeing as a "strut" is the entire assembly.

No, what's in the BTL is in there for a reason...and loose parts aren't gonna happen.
When you get a recone it'l be a drop in and all you have to do is glue the spiders down and the surround, solder the leads....there is nothing that will be 'better' as far as soft parts goes that he may think he can use...and i'd rather them not see the motor either.

You're a ****ing trip.
