Kaption Amp Issue

Hey Guys,

So I have a Kaption system used it great and now moved it from one car to another (after sitting in a bedroom for 2 month)

I went to install it into my new car (KAPHC250.2S) 1000watt of RMS

There is power running to it, its bridge all the setting are fine...the Subs work on another Amp when tested....the power light is on the diagonstics light is OFF.

So everything seems fine, but i get like 1% of sound....when cranked????

make sure you have a good clean ground. then once you've got that test to make sure you have 12 volts at the amp with the power wire and the ground. then if you do turn your deck on and test the remote wire and make sure it's getting 12 volt but it will only have it when your deck is on. try those test first off to make sure those are all good then let us know

check to see what the subs are wired to. make sure it's not lower then the amp can handle. also does the amp even turn on at all? does the green light come on or does the red light come on when you turn on your deck?

does your HU have a sub out on/off mode? also your filters are set right? Good rcas?
