And whats crazy is that the State Police are committing a crime themselves by not enforcing state law when those federal agents are breaking into dispensaries. The state even issues a store security guard i believe.
our laws on marijuana are completely stupid. it's illegal yet they make Pot dealers pay a marijuana tax in South Carolina, no one actually does it, but the law is in the books.

The State police are not committing a crime by letting Federal Agents raid these places. Federal Law > State law. They would be breaking Federal law if they impede the investigation of federal agents. If California no longer wishes to acknowledge federal laws then they can go ahead an secede from the union. Of course we know how well that works

clearly this is not incense, that is the cover up. Whatever it is it does work.. looks like catnip with sticks stems leaves and bark and like whatever the fk else, but they must have put something on it..

Thats what the "GanJah" looks like that I got. It smells nothing like incense. I used to smoke all the time, but decided to quit so I could get a job at the place I currently work at. And to save some money. I won't be buying this shit all the time, but a $20 Cap every now and then is good enough for me now. (Which might not last very long, seeing how MO is working on a bill to outlaw stuff like this). It's not the exact same high you would get from bud, but it's pretty close.
