K2-Legal Weed review

Alot of people still think weed is a hard drug like coke because it's classified as one. The other people, the people who have tried it or do it all time, know it's not a hard drug. Even if/when weed is ever legal most if not all respectable companies will still drug test.
If weed becomes fully legal, why test for it? Alcohol is legal and there are no tests to make sure you never drink.

How can they fire you for pissing dirty when you are legally prescribed bud. Should be like any other prescription.
Except for the fact that it impairs your judgment, and that does NOT belong in the workplace. If you even begin to say it does you have a horrible work ethic and that's probably why you do drugs.

It really is pathetic that you need to resort to drugs to try and escape from reality, that means you truly have a sad life, and I'm sorry. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Just get high on life guys, it's easier, safer, free, and best of all you won't go to jail or get fined for doing it! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

stfu, newbie. Smoking some weed doesn't make a person pathetic or sad. And who says these guys are smoking to escape from reality?

Im not saying i support testing for it, Im just saying that they will. Ive walked into work high as a kite before and it doesn't effect the way i work. But like i said alot of other people think it's effects are worse than they really are. People dont realize that of Alcohol, Ciggerettes and Weed, weed is the least dangerous, you can't OD on it. Some people dont mind it but hate the fact that it's illegal, so they dont **** with it just over possible legal issues. MY dad would probly smoke weed if it was legal.

It's up to each company on whether or not they want to test for it and if you live in a right to work state they can do pretty much w/e they want. If you work for Chik-Fila which is owned by church going white people (which is why they are all closed on sundays) then your gonna be drug tested. But McDonalds or somewhere already doesn't test, this also might spark some places that dont currently to test to start testing because who wants a crew of dirty mexicans working in your store when they are all high as hell?

Companies drug test for one reason, insurance. Insurance companies force them too. A lot of big companies only test you, once hired, if you are involved in an accident. Again, insurance calls the shots. If the substance were legalized, federally, companies could not request you be tested for it any more than they can for alcohol. Only something as artificially over hyped as the war on drugs can override your right to privacy in terms of your medical condition.

Companies in Cali can still legally test you, even when you are prescribed, because federal law states its an illegal substance that can be tested for legally. Its fall out from the discrepancies between state and federal law, and each govt branch's attempt at wielding power over the other. Ever seen a raid on a legal dispensary in California? Federal agents rush into this state-approved 'legal' place of business, escort employees out, some taken to jail, computers seized, files taken... while the state cops stand outside holding back the angry crowd and stating there's nothing they can do to interfere. This 'legal' business is treated like a crack house. It'll be closed a few weeks at most, and then open back up for business, just waiting for the feds to do it again in a few months. Its a legal 'boundary' between state and federal rights/power, and it plays out quite dramatically stupid.

What I don't like is people doing it just to trip THAT is pathetic. Recreational wise, I don't have a problem with. Although I don't support smoking it, eat it or use a bong because the particulates get in your lungs just like smoking, and there is no filter on a j.

And whats crazy is that the State Police are committing a crime themselves by not enforcing state law when those federal agents are breaking into dispensaries. The state even issues a store security guard i believe.

our laws on marijuana are completely stupid. it's illegal yet they make Pot dealers pay a marijuana tax in South Carolina, no one actually does it, but the law is in the books.

ripping the bong is still smoking //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
I know, I was talking about avoiding the particulates that end up in your respiratory system when you smoke a joint.

I guess that's why I just got a raise and passed a random UA 2 weeks ago. Also must be the reason I have been with my current employer since May of 06. You need to gtfo.

The way marijuana was first controlled by the U.S. government was quite sinister. They didnt make it illegal out right, as prohibition was a failure. The govt simply passed a law that you had to have a $1 tax stamp to posses marijuana, and then they never sold any of the stamp. A sure sign our government will 'work around' their own rules to fulfill an agenda.

Fake Weed "K2" Can Cause Hallucinations - CBS News

"There haven't been a lot of studies of what is inside of it," Rosenbaum said. "It's anybody's guess."

In mice, it can lead to a lower body temperature, partial paralysis and the temporary inability to feel pain, according to the federal Drug Enforcement Agency.

The most well-known version of the synthetic compound was created by researchers at Clemson University. Similar compounds have been manufactured by companies in Asia who market the mix as incense or fertilizer. It is legal in the U.S., but has been banned in Russia and most of Europe"
