I want to get it metered sometime, I'm wondering what it does too. It seems pretty loud to me

Going to HD today to get some expanding foam to help stop the rattles in my rear hatch, will have pics later

but yeah expanding foam will help just make sure you get the kind that only expands a little bit and not alot. don't want your body panels getting pushed out. that will look real shitty.

when you don't have clamps they make it a HELL of a lot easier though. But nice use of the plates...

This is my first time working with MDF, so I didn't want to screw something up with the predrilled holes. The plates worked fine and the box is 100% sturdy and straight so yeah haha

@ scottyk - Yeah, even though they're xplod's, I still liked how they looked

Ghetto clamps ftw. That's how I roll too. I do use screws when it needs to be "clamped" in 2 directions at once though.

Nice build. I love the fact that you had the stones to put up the XPlodes in the "before" pic. Lol.

Well i didn't get any pics of the actual foaming process since it was such an f'ing mess, but got the panel shots lol:

Cutting holes in the white thing to foam it

And here's a vid I shot today, after driving like 50 miles to find a spot with no people. My camera ***** for picking up the sub movements and the panels vibrating. Just imagine everything moving 2 or 3 times what it looks like lol
