Just tested my battery

About a year ago, I bought a fairly beefy battery: Here

I just tested it and when the car is off, I'm hitting about 10.2V, and when it's on, I'm at 11.8V... I was thinking about getting the Audioque 1200D, but they are rated at 1200 at 14.4V. How much of a hit will the amp take from my weak electrical? Also, I haven't done the big 3 and I'm running on stock alt... which on it says 12V, so I'm guessing that's the output.

Edit* I've read people saying the Sundown SAE-1200D runs 1200 at 12.8V, where are people finding these amps so cheap ~200 and is it comparable to the Audioque 1200D?

Well, I tested my car on, without reving the engine, and I didn't even let it sit for about 15 seconds and I tested it if that makes any difference?

Even with an extremely crappy electrical, if you turn your car on and not using any accessories/playing audio, you should easily be over 13 volts, or there's a problem somewhere...

Hmm, I may have to check this again. The deck wasn't even connected so nothing was running. But when I roll 1 window up, it's all good, then when I roll 2 windows up at the same time, they are significantly slower...

Ok, I don't know if this is possible, but I just tested a 9V battery fresh from an unsealed box and it read at 7.5V. So I'm guessing the meter is dying out and is measuring 1.5V less, can this happen? If that's the case, I'm a happy camper at 13.5V.
