Just tested JBL BP1200.1

I'm watching my parents house and pets while they are away. My dad did some remodeling and has some electrical test equipment and I'm bored so I decided to do some test on my JBL BP1200.1

Results

@13.83 volts - 1336 watts at 2.08 ohms for 30 seconds

- 1453 watts at 1.13 ohms for 30 seconds

the battery died in the meters and i cant find anymore so thats all i got so far.

not bad since its rated at 1200rms at 1ohm

Nice! i have the same amp... i didn't know it was that underrated and efficient cause 1453w off 120 amps and 13.83v is very good!!!

ive had 2 of the 1200.1s and a 600.1 ... should have kept the 1200.1 and been done years ago...

yeah they are nice amps. i had mine for a while now and its stood up to the abouse ive put it through. wish i could find another one. I bought it from a friend who used his discount at CarToys and got it really cheap. He sold it to me for $150 and the box was still sealed
