Just Saw "The Dark Knight"

awesome movie..saw it opening night..i think it was the best batman movie yet, although i dont think it was worth goin to see at midnight..mayb cause i was tired before..i dunno..but definately a movie people should see

Serious questions to all of you-
Do you really like the movie because its a batman movie or because ledger died? Seems people only wanted to see the movie because it was ledger's last movie. Were you all evenly excited when brokeback mountain came out lol, He was in that movie too. I never saw so much hype for a movie in my life..
Not true. This is NOT Ledgers last movie.

mmm yes it is.
He didn't finish the next one.

So unless they want to make a 45 minute movie...then yeah i think it will be his last.
With Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell, and Jude Law in the movie I'm pretty sure they can still go on with making the movie and still have him in it.

maybe I am flying solo on this....
but I odnt think Harvey Dent is dead... I think he shall make an appearance in a future
Your not, although they did have like a little ceremony for him remember? But who knows......

Also I went to see it again today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and I almost got the movie ruined by some young black girls who wouldn't shut the fvck up! I was like STFU about 3 times!! They got up walked out, 10 mins later walked back in, sat down for a second got up and left, and then two of them walked back in out of the 5 and I said ****it! than as she was walking by me she was like wtf you looking at and I just laughed and then they left for good!

Good thing that was near the beginning of the movie so I was like thank god they didn't ruin it, and it was my gf's first time seeing and she was about to cuss the girls out too..also for a girl who doesn't really like superhero movies(she loved this one)

Actually in the movie he was making after Batman, it takes place in a few different dimensions and Heath actually finished filming in the "real world" dimension, now Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell will finish the rest.

ah. well i didn't really look into it i just read he didn't fimish filming his part.

But i guess we will just have to see, right? They could easily pull his part out.

After all, Chris Farley was the original Shrek and did most of the voice for him before passing, in which they completely switched the actors.

From what I hear they say it was a "career performance" as well

so if ive never seen any of the previous ones what should i expect?
i would say it's pretty independent of the first remake (batman begins). has nothing to do with the others, other then batman obviously.

you wont get the character development, like Morgan Freeman or Alfred or Bruce Wayne and Rachel Dawes, but you should get the main story and the just of it.

Yeah I would have to say it's pretty independent too besides the characters, I suggest watching the first one(Batman Begins) just to get the background on the characters and it will help you enjoy the story more..

You guys who keep touting him for an Oscar win know that there are still another 5.5 months of movies yet this year? It was a great performance, but you haven't even seen all the movies against which it will be compared. Hold your horses a bit. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Samuel L. Jackson will win an Oscar for his performance in Jumper. I guarantee it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Oh, and for Iron Man. And the new Star Wars cartoons. And The Spirit, an don't forget Soul Men. Yeah, Samuel L. Jackson ftw. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
