if the kid didnt die we wouldent even be talking about this movie-who we kiddinwe need another batman movie like a hole in the head
I planned on seeing this even before he died, I enjoyed Batman Begins, people are talking about the movie because he had passed but it's not just that, their talking about the character he created an how he did such an amazing job on it, he transformed into the Joker perfectly, there was like only one time I believe that the I said to myself Oh that's heath Ledger, other than that you have no idea it's him...

I thought it was ok. Ledger really did live up to the hype; the rest of the movie needed some work. Dialogue was hit or miss (especially in the beginning), Gyllenhaal was badly over-acting in some spots, and the resolution of the Joker plot within the movie was anti-climactic to say the least. Harvey Dent was a great addition to the movie but his role as Two-Face was a bit out of place and perhaps too dominant in what was a bit of a secondary climax. The denouement was pretty poor, too. I have always enjoyed Christian Bale but I thought he was a worse Batman in this movie than he was in BB (though still a good Bruce Wayne). The movie itself is not exceptional, but Ledger alone makes it worth watching at least once.

Yeah, I thought the special effects for Two Face's face were a bit over the top even though they were done well. His face was only on fire for a few seconds...

Anybody ever read the graphic novels called The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller

(writer of Sin City and 300)? I read them in high school, they were very dark and introspective. l thought they were great and I really liked this new series, it is much closer to the orginal Batman and the Frank Miller

graphic novels.

It's batman as an old man, he comes out of retierment to fight the joker once again. The joker has escaped once again and he is torn by his moral problem of not wanting to kill the joker, or anyone, but knowing that each time he has caught and defeated the joker, he sends him to prison, he escapes and kills many more innocent people. His reason tells him if he had just killed him when he had the chance, those people would still be alive. He is torn by this issue, and can't decide if he should just kill him.

And....?

Movie was awesome did anybody else get the preview for the new Terminator also, Bale is playing John Connor in that one also.
That is kind of old news, but it was the first time I'd seen a trailer for it. I thought the Terminator story was one of the better dystopia concepts, and I was excited to see what Bale would do in a movie that could potentially wrap up the series in an excellent fashion. However, I think Terminator Salvation will almost certainly be garbage because McG is the director.

i think Heath didn't do a good joob, he did and excellent job.

Personally I don't think of anyone who'd do it better.

I do think he was the best Joker. He does deserve an oscar and I think he'll get it.

Movies was good.

Batman's voice (not Bruce Wayne's) need little work.

couldnt have said it better. i was highly stoked to see this last night. even ought tickets online wed to be sure we cwould get them. dissapointed as whole with the movie. of course ledger did good, and im nota big fan of his at all. i really liked how they showed how he doesnt care about moeny or fame or anything. he just likes making chaos and is **** good at it.

omg!!! i almost killed myuself after listening to batmans voice. waaaayy over the top. and it was pretty predictabnle. and there was too much of two face. they should hav just left it at the hospital scene at the very most and been done with it. and lastly gylanhall sucked. even worse than katie holmes.

and what was with that part where they fall off the top of that skyscraper and land on a car and were like "well that kinda sucked, hope it doesnt happen again. see you soon."

I think your on a solo boat my friend...
