does anyone know where we can get 4ga power/ground adapter for the orions that will fit therse older amps?

this 800 i just got has 8ga adapter on it - who runs a system with 800w with 8ga wire... wth

yeah the power ground -
i figured it out though- left - and right +

but what i dont understand is that there are 8ga power/ground, but manual states 4ga

i asked seller about if he had changed that adapter thingy and he said no
It defi looks factory- but no way is 4ga getting in that

so i bought a PPI 4ga plug....worth a shot right>?? well even if i do carve it out so it gets in/thru the steel faceplate, i think that will be too tight or will require me to carve so much plastic away that the metal will be exposed/touching or something

so i thought about maybe taking the innards out of the 4ga ppi and putting into the orion...that isnt looking so promising

so tbh im prolly gonna sell it - those adapters you showed, wont work with these amps bc the adapter connects are too close to each other

My buddy said he never liked that series . Said other amps hit harder . I dont agree with him . Since I got back into car audio I have read they had issues with bad caps in some of those . One guy thought the caps were falsely rated and stated he was replacing the 36v with 50v caps . I almost bought a 4 channel Xtreme but ended up getting a brand new Cobalt 465xp from the mid 90's . I still would like to try one of those or a HCCA . I could never afford that stuff when it came out . Meanwhile im still waiting for a old school Slash 500 mono to get here . Damn USPS sux latley
