Just got rainbow SLCs hole in surround

Why dont you fix the puncture? Takes 5 minutes and a 10 bucks bro, and then it wont hurt anything at all for sure.

Edit - No hole in the surround or on the cone? Correct?

If the puncture is not on the surround itself or on the cone, then you're fine.

Its on the rubber part that is around the cone I think it might be the cone not really sure what to call it.

Its like the roundish rubber part

Rubbery/Styrofoam feeling shit around the cone is the surround.

I would personally repair it, but that's just me.

It could possibly hurt your midbass but I'm assuming it's not in a sealed location anyways

They'll sound normal when you seal up that hole. I'd suggest you get some black silicone. Put blue masking tape on TOP of the surround and apply the silicone UNDER the surround). that way it won't look like shit.

Whatever his excuse is, I won't believe it. That won't happen during shipping. If it did, it would be easy to tell by the packaging. If not, then he knew they were like that before sending them out.
