i have a honda accord.

box is going to be 3.2 cuft net. the port will be removable so i can have a sealed box also.

You're going to want a lot more than 1kw unless you are going IB.

When I tested the driver when it was first released I had around 800w on it in a relatively decent sized enclosure (3.5cuft sealed IIRC) and it was just getting tickled.

well my amp is 1000wrms at 4ohms bridged and the sub is svc 3ohm so i might see a little more than that.

besides i am not going for output. i just want the cleanest bass i can get. i think i will alright for now. i can always upgrade later.

Those need about 3 cubes sealed especially since you only have 1000 rms.
