too low tuning for SPL numbers and what is your cars frequency? Plus, you need alot more power.....I bet you'd hit higher with a regular L712....

the box is as big as possible its a civic hatch. So is kickers reccomendation of 1400 watts for this box bullshit or what? So you reccomend both jbl 1200s hooked up then??

Yes, it is a solo X 12. So why does kicker put only 1400 watts in their manuals for the box i built?? So lets see i need a huge port and double the power....ok well thanks

Its definately a very low number for a solo x. You have already been handed your options as I see it: tune higher/ Bigger box / more port area / more power.

for comps you want to tune above your cars res freQ and play the res freQ in my car i built a slot port in the box tuned to 62hz and play 52hz, i then made a drawer that slides into the bigger port thet is tuned to 35hz, for daily driving.

Yea 135 seems very very very low. I could probably hit that with eas with a 200watt jensen sub. Im sure with some work you can get it working better. You be hitting well into the 140s with ease.

shit, i thought this one sub was louder than my two fifteens. It sure felt and sounded like it, and i know those were well above 140. Im startin to think that this mic was all ****ed up it didnt look like he used it much, or maybe not even knew HOW to use it.......
