Just got back from the auto show.

Chicago Auto Show 2006 - "First Look for Charity" event before the real show goes public. $200 admission. Best thing there was the all-terrain Jeep ride-along (especially for a city boy like myself). I guess I'm not into cars.

Personally I think that show looked amazing. I wouldn't pay $200. I would get in for free and have a car there:up2somet:

I just know it was a Jeep. Told you I'm not into cars...Basically they just had people drive you around on this circular course that was filled with hills, rocks, & semi-circle ramps (up to 45 degree inclines/declines). The 45 degree decline was pretty good. Made you wonder if the car was still on the ground...

$200...That's why I couldn't pass it up (our company got a group of tickets free because one of our companies is a non-profit charity). Plus they raffled off a Nissan Murano & an Infiniti G35...a free car never hurt.

Everything just looked the same. Only thing I learned is Ford is coming out with some huge ass truck that takes 3 types of energy (tri-something)....gasoline, hydrogen, and something else. The grille on that thing had to be at least 4-5 feet tall.
