Yea as long as your run from the back batteries to amps are pretty short and nothing really for it to short out on then no need really. The ones on the main front to back battery wire has the whole vehicle to travel through which means more possibilities to have a short. But like I said if you have the extra money and want to put the fuse holders in there then go for it. why would you run a wire from - to - ? Just go from ground to - on secondary battery to - on amp.
