JL VR600 CSi or Pioneer TS-C160R

i want crystal clean sound!

review please (if you heard them)

i would go for ZR but their price tag just hurts me so much //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

high's are almost harsh on the pioneers and the mids **** balls. I've had two go bad on two different systems. One amped and one not. It's happend to other consumers as well. Go for the JL's

I'll vouch for the JLs over the Pioneer components. One of the things I did to give a better support to the midbass was add another CW (component woofer) to some glassed kick panels. The Pioneer components just sounded too "hot" giving a fake response curve. The midbass all out drops off and the slope to the tweeter isn't flat enough.
