JL HD 1200/1 with JL 13w7 Settings and Wiring HELP!!

Ahhh Somthing new.... I find that even with the volume quite low say on 5 (out of 30) the volume from the sub will will turn up by it self for a few minutes then come back down to normal....

Has anyone seen anything like this before?? Maybe its the head deck? My equipment is listed above.
