nvm ive decided i do not want the ed nine.1 becuz its on back order and it wont power it to good so i need sumone to reccommend a good amp for the 13w7 in the $350 range thanks

I think the NiNe.1 would work although I'm not sure how well because of JLs screwy VC configs..

As for the enclosure, I would go ported. Look around the board, there are a few people who would be more than happy to design you an enclosure (for a small fee //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif).

*edit - what's wrong with a slightly used amp? I would still recommend a Tantrum 1200.1 in excellent condition, if you can find one for sale...
