JL Audio vs Sundown

Depends on which features suit your taste.

The Sundown has more power, but the JL has regulated output that allows for consistent power output into any load between 4ohm and 1.5ohm (some people prefer this feature).

The JL has selectable 12db/24db filters if you plan to use the internal crossovers. The Sundown is fixed at 12db, but also has a subsonic filter that can be used to create a bandpass filter.....IMO I'd rather have the selectable slopes of the JL since even the most basic low-end headunits offer a highpass crossover that you could use should you need to create a "bandpass" filter.
