Amp... Need Reply Fast

I have a kicker 300.1 that i was using to power my cvr, but now i have a tc9... i have a kenwood amp coming next week. When i got it i had no idea what i was doing and i cranked the gain all the way up... clipped the shit out of the cvr till it blew. (i have 4v preamps so when set right my gain is a little less than a 1/3 turn out.) Anyways now the amp goes into protect after about 30 mins of 3/4 volume.

Question is could i have a damaged the amp by clipping it a lot? If I did, could this damage my new sub ( i have the gains set right)? I need to know fast cause im getting ready to leave for the beach... thanks

check your fuses, if that fails then yeah you prolly blew your amp
