JL Audio turn around time?

I just bought a 13tw5 subwoofer and two days later it stopped working. So I took it back to the authories dealer I purchased it from. They said two weeks before I should get it back. Does that sound about right? I say no but could be wrong. Anyone ever sent anything back to jl for warranty, replacement, or repair?
