JL Audio and Kicker specs

Well I am comparing specs on the woofers I might be getting. JL Audio W7, Kicker CVX, RF T2, MTX 9500
what are your goals?

budget?

of your choices, SQ/SQL wise, I'd say W7 easily

for SPL, I'd say 9500.

But, I'm thinking for the money, u may be able to do better than most your options.....

What I am trying to achieve is get very loud but also still have decent amount of SQ. What would you guys put these subs in order of what I am trying to do? ALso if you could them in SPL order. I have a 270 mechman alternator with a XS Power D2400. My components are 2 sets of JL Audio ZR 6.5" on the HD600.4. Also how big of a role does the magnet weight ,voice coil, and xmax play a role in the performance of a sub?

SQ\SQL = W7, 9500, T2, CVX

SPL= 9500, W7, T2, CVX, In my opinion anyway, I'm no SPL expert

Magnet weight doesn't mean as much as say motor force, but that's not an end all determining factor either

Voice coil diameter helps predict what kinda power they'll take

Xmax is needed to displace air and make noise. Once, again, not an end all determining factor though.

there is a car audio place on the east side that had a tent setup and was charging 20 to read your db. not sure what type first time ive had anything metered in my life. everyone there just talked about how theirs was louder but their waiting to get their amps fixed and what not lol.
