JL Audio 1000/1 with Boston G512-44??

Ok, I'm a rookie on caraudio,

but that besides I wanted to compleet it very well.

Can I combinate a JL Audio 1000/1 amp with a Boston Acoustics

G512-44 12-inch dual 4-ohm (2- or 8-ohm) sub? Or Isn't it possible to

put the amp on a dual sub?

Or has some one better sugestions for a sub on my JL amp?

wait are you using one or two subs? if your only getting one G5 I'd say your overpowering it quite a bit with 1000 watts rms considering the G5's are rated at 450wrms each.
