JL 300.4 vs Audison Lrx 4.5

I am thinking about swapping out my JL 300.4v2 for an Audison Lrx 4.5. I got a great deal on the Audision and heard so many wonderfull things about their amps. I really have enjoyed the JL and wondering if I am going to get better sound quality out of the Audison. Is there that much difference in the quality between the two amps. What about power. Their both rated at 75 x 4 but the Audison can deliver more into a 2 ohm load.

If it matters the rest of the system that the amp would be driving is as follows:

Channel A - 1 set of JL VR 6x9

Channel B - 1 set of JL C2 3.5 and 1 set of JL XR Tweeters

In addition, what would the recommended crossover points be for each channel based on the above set up.

Choose the cheaper one, you won't hear a difference.

I'd rather have the Audison, but it is a little bit of a pain

to work with (download the manual to see).

3.5 + tweeters (must use passive x-over around 3k) 150hz HP

truth, mcsoul hit it on the head, on a lighter note I have a mint Audison SRX4 for cheap if you wanna try audison ( yes a shameless plug)
