Best amp for Diamond Audio

I posted this in the other forum section and it was kind of the wrong section, sorry. So I will post my question here since it is more appropriate.

Which amp will be best for my Diamond Audio D6 12" subwoofers? They are dual 2 ohm, so 2 ohm is what were looking at in amps. I have a BossAudio 2500GT amp, not the best but okay.

I want something that will push my Diamond Audios to their best. I was thinking Hifonics maybe? What is someone's opinion?

I have 2 of the subwoofers at 2 ohm DVC....2 ohm total impedence

if you only have 1 dvc 2 ohm, youd be looking for an amp that does the power at 4 ohm or 1 ohm. not 2 ohm

I am sorry. I got a pair of 2ohm dvc. I think I forgot to mention that. So 2 ohm load.

You could wire the Hifonics BXi-2008D at 2-Ohms for a 1300W load, Cadence ZRS-6500D. Or something of that nature.. Big power @ 2-Ohms isn't cheap.

The cadence is a nice amp, but out of my price range. I was thinkin bout the BXI1610 from hifonics actually, 1100watts at 2 ohms, so might be underpowered. I would go with the 2008D but I would be afraid I would blow the subs.

crank them up til its loud enough, easy. theyre just like a volume knob

I got a DMM and I know the voltage the amp should be reading, so I can set the gains properly enough I think. I just get confused seting the low pass and high pass filters

hmm kenwood. never heard alot good with their amps. Ill research them

bump anyone else have any recomendations? I was lookin into prices and I found the Hifonics BXI2006D for a decent price and seems reliable. The other stuff out of my price range and not what I am looking for.

Any other input before I buy?

alphasonik 800da / 1000da

memphis 1kd

the 800 & 1000da is about 200-350 on ebay

memphis is about 195-399

all three would give you great looks, and awesome power whether you wired 4,2,or 1ohm loads.

p.s. the alphasonik amps are stable at .5ohm loads
