What Is The Better Way To Wire THE W7 So It Hits Harder In Parrallel (.75 Ohm) Or In Series (3 Ohm)
huh //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gifIs the 13 dual and the 12 is single?
Does the 13w7 have dual voice coil. Dose the 12w7 have single voice coils right

If you have JL 1000/1, then you should know it puts out the same power from 1.5-4 ohms. You would gain NOTHING(other than possibly frying your amp) if you ran it at .75 ohms. Just let the amp see a 3 ohm load, and you are fine.i actcually have the jl 1000/1 already but i didnt see anything in the hand book saying it willrun stable at .75 ohms . would it be better to run it in series then ? thanks for the advice i am new at this and im tryn to learn all that i can about the does and donts.
It is how the amps are built. I think they go into detail on it on http://www.jlaudio.com^x2
but i still dont get how they can rate the rms of an amp in 1 ohm the same as in 4 ohm?
