I pulled out this sub from storage and lightly touched it while pulling it out of the box. It is very soft and brittle and feels like it would crumble on first use. Is it fixable? I actually pulled it out to sell.

That W6 is a good sub, I would not toss it, worth repairing or selling cheap to someone else that wants to do it, I wouldn't toss it though.

I have some much less valuable Kicker subs that need refoamed, and I'll still do them eventually as well.

You can pull that amplifier and take to an Audio shop and see if they will test it. Most shops charge very little and some will not even charge...

Go 150 Watts speakers or equal to your amps. 150 watts and up is your amps. That's the good rule of thumb.

The best thing you can do is make a solid plan. This way you won't be spending money twice and having to keep going back in add or replace parts.
