Jensen amps...anyone clamped a newer one?

I've been reading around, and apparently Jensen used to make some complete crap but a few people said that they have come a long way. I was just wondering if anyone had clamped a newer Jensen to see what they were getting.

I'm thinking about buying a broken Jensen Power 760 and fixing it. I already have a Massive Nano NX4 for my mids/highs, so this won't be amp I run myself. I was planning on selling it, but I don't want to have a hard time selling it once it's fixed.

Bout it off some dude it worked for a few days this all of a sudden i aint get no sound out of it the power light still comes on but idk what happened to it i gotta thread with guts shots etc of it n 15235

I had an ega1700d a year ago and had it repaired by ampjunkie and resold for 175 and that was a good price. Those amps do over 1700 at 1ohm when fed enough power. They hungry mofos

Have heard reports that some of the Phase Linear (jensen) makes good power. I suspect the people that have DMM and know how to clamp an amp won't buy Jensen amps.

Pretty sure they do rated power, I have heard good things about them. The power 1050 model has 100a of fuses and is rated for 430rms. Seems almost a little under rated, even for an ab class.

There are a lot more desired qualities to an amp than just rated power.
