yeah thats why im doing another layer, like i said its not real carpet its that same stuff thats on the bottom of bed boxsprings, we got rolls of it for doing repairs, its the same type material its just looser fibers and not as think! but hey it was free and it works and not gonna cost $4/per square yard like the local shop wantin to charge me!

not bolted but i doubt its movin, its 42" wide and wheel well to wheel well in the rear is like 42.25" wide so with the factory carpet still back there it was hell wedgin that thing in there plus the peices i cut and put in the front on the top and the sides are wedged in there and then screwed to the box so its not going anywhere, i just went wheelin in the jeep this past sunday and got about 5-6 foot of air and it didn even budge so it should be good plus i still gotta put one more trim peice in the cargo for a roof to that little cubby i made which will brace it even more! yeah its not real carpet but it works and i like it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifwell, it works for what you want it for, thats great
for the cargo i did today i managed to find some shears but no lie on the front of the wall i really did rip it! and then used a razor blade and couldn find my hobby knife for the blade so i had to free hand it, when i go back with the second layer ill use the shears!
i was going for that whole "rob & BIG" murdered out matt black look! it kinda worked, its just spray paint buck a can at the wall mart! but it worked and served the purpose so im happy with it, my screen name says it all about everything i do with this jeep, TRASHEDXJ! i love my jeep i jus don care if ppl think its crap as long as im pleased with it!
not sure i know what you mean, i go on there all the time, and being into stereos they got loads of helpful info, like right now since our stock alts are 90amps, i took there advice, goet an alt from the magnum V8 durango's, its direct bolt up after shaving a few hairs of the crush sleeve and its 136amps! so until i get my 220amp one this one will do!
It's just that I never had a membership on there, and once they made the new membership rules (no posting in O/T, Picture showcase, Classifieds, etc without a membership) I stopped going there. It wasn't that I couldn't afford it, it's just that I couldn't justify spending $45 on a forum.
