Jeep Wrangler door pods or panels...

Does anyone make custom door panels anymore? I'd like to fit 6.5" components in the doors. This is an '06 Wrangler. Has anyone done it? Pics?

My 5-1/4" components in the dash are too thin sounding and offer up little midbass-midrange fill. Thanks!

I'm currently running Diamond Audio D-6 components powered by two channels of an Alpine PDX 4.150.
