jeep rollover

And for the guys that think raised vehicles or SUVs should be outlawed due to safety reasons then I would have to say that stereos are just as unsafe due to the fact that a loud system causes distractions and makes it impossible to hear sirens and horns. Any vehicle can be dangerouse no matter how big or small.
It is illegal to drive with headphones for that reason; it is illegal to play a stereo that loud. I think a 4" lift is extreme after you take in to account the probably much larger tires. I have a picture (somewhere) of my car parked under my buddies show truck. (till the windshield)
I don't think SUVs and Trucks should be outlawed. I thinking taking a large truck and then raising it 4 inches and diving on public roads with smaller vehicles should be. A sports car from the factory is very low, a truck much higher. Already this is a cause for concern, because from the factory the car could easily go under a truck. Lift it 4 more inches and it's a matter of when a car goes under the truck.

I feel for the guy and wish he wasn't hit, but there are millions of other small/mid size car owners who like saving a little gas that shouldn't have to worry about big foot coming down the road.

As for being sensitive. I was just making a observation. To me racism/discrimination is a bad thing and sometimes people don't realize what they say.

And what about 18 wheelers dump truck and farm vehicles?
18 Wheelers have low cabs. If you rear-end one you probably deserved it. (Following to close, or running from police)
Farm vehicle should be traveling at low speeds and in rural locations. Not a concern for the general population.

Dump trucks go slow and are of concern.

Your nit picking with specific examples could be easily fixed. I'm not saying outlaw every large vehicle. Ambulances get in wrecks going to save people. I'm saying since people are not reasonable and will do anything unless there is a punishment (even then we will still do it) there needs to be more regulation.

The freedom of choice is what makes this country so great. Dont be so eager to piss that away just because you dont like something.
I'm glad you don't have the freedom to shoot whomever you feel. At the same time I'm glad you have the freedom to purchase a gun for hunting and recreational use. Freedom to choose and rules/guidelines/laws are 2 totally different things.

I see more accidents from 18 wheelers then a jacked ip truck. Not to mention a 18 wheeler with a load running into a car will just tear the car apart. I would rather be ran over by a jacked up jeep then hit by an 18 wheeler any day. Farm equipment usually cuase recks from being slow on old highways.

Its legal for deaf persons to drive. As far as the econobox driver, their on the street and they are choosing to take that risk. ask a motorcycle driver. This is clearly the fault of the guy that IGNORED safe driving habits and darted into traffic resulting in the loss of personal property. So drop the "Cant be held responsible" BS

LOL

Talk about sensitive. You guys will keep your trucks and stuff. Hell got to have something to tow the race car. You are missing my point.

As for driving deaf I have no idea, but when my mothers radio broken in her truck she used headphones and was ticketed and was given the reason because it was a safety violation (couldn't hear things).

What does me shooting people have to do with this? This is a matter of us having the right to drive an SUV and then some wierdos trying to take that freedom away just because they dont like big vehicles. You guys make it out like every time a big vehicle is in a wreck it is their fualt for having a big vehicle. Their are just as many stupid drivers that are to blame that drive small vehicles. You must blame the driver at fault and not the vehicle.

Whitey has got me down. Kill Kill Kill the white man.

the deaf thing is kinda different but if they didnt get to drive then that would be discriminatory.
