Sorry to say this but if your going to try and make raised vehicals illegal becaus you think they are dangerus Thats is the really funny. While your at why not say it is illegal to play music in your car because it is a distraction. All i got to say vehicals are vehicals anyway you look at it there is always going to be crashing no matter if the vehical is lifted or not so give him a brake. And in all of this that he wrote none of this acident was his caused by him.

With cars there is street legal and race legal. While I know lots of people with truck lifted over the legal limit most drive on public roads and shouldn't. I also don't think you should take a 170DB van down to the mall and start bumping.

I realize you are in Texas and realize I'm also in the south. My parents went to segregated schools! The first black student to come to my school was when I was in the 4th grade, and he was in 11th. It doesn't make it right. When I talk about my friend Thomas I don't say "yea, my black friend Thomas", I say "my friends Thomas" color has nothing to do with it.
The point is you didn't include the color of the driver you hit or your own color so if it was for detail you missed a lot. And for the guys that think raised vehicles or SUVs should be outlawed due to safety reasons then I would have to say that stereos are just as unsafe due to the fact that a loud system causes distractions and makes it impossible to hear sirens and horns. Any vehicle can be dangerouse no matter how big or small.
