fart box for memphis PRs

originally designed to use 4 5 inch ports at 16'' each

but after the realization that i cant get 5 inch pvc

went with 4 6 inch ports at 25'' each

though, after factoring outer diameter half way through the build, i decided to go with 3 6 inch ports at 18'' each

so, the box originally being a 3cuft common chamber, and most of it being built already, i switched to the 3 6"ers

by doing that it gave the shared chamber a good 7 inches leading to the common chamber bing about 3.75 (after displacement cuft instead of 3cuft

changing the tuning from 55 Hz to around 47-52 Hz

im not too disapointed with the turnout

its not meant to look good

its not meant to sound good

its meant to get ****ing loud for the dBDrag of sorts at highschool days at cordova on the 23rd

(well, not ****ING loud, but louder than my 37 hz Daily box

i made the collector plate of sorts after being inspired by the theory of ports that begin and terminate in flush pannels acting differently

and also inspiration from pete k.s crossover box

not really gonna know any numbers or results untill the 21st when im putting it in mah jeep

I like. The stenciling looks cool too... nice and clean and not overdone. Ported back?

How far will they be from the gate? I don't really know anything about it, but couldn't that change tuning somehow?

What are you doing about laying it on top of the folded down seat? Whenever I have to put a box there while hauling cargo alot of the bass gets "soaked up" by the looseness of the seat.

hahaha, the stencil i used was something i cut out of cardobard with a razor knife in about 45 seconds, figured the rougher it looked, the more badass it would look

port back, yes

im not sure how far away from the hatch, the day i put it in im going to have a test tone with the meter going and move it around and see wahs louder

as for the seat, the actual part your *** is on is coming out so that tha box can lay a bit flatter and not be as cushioned
