FYI I have an older GTI 10 that's blown. In terms of quality, I'd chose it over a W6 of around the same year. I don't know much about the new W6's though.

See, you didn't understand the point of the questions. They were not ridiculous and they are important. You're just not willing to try to figure it out because you're too arrogant.

The main idea is that you may not have the same wants and desires out of a sub setup as the original poster. Once again, I need to tell you that I have both JBL and JL in my setup. So i'm not biased towards either company - they are both great.

My personal preference is I like JBL 6.5" speakers (i have the GTI components and they get LOUD)

and I prefer JL for subwoofers, I think the JL is both cleaner AND louder than the JBL GTI. JBL is not huge on subs, whereas it is JL Audio's specialty.

i understand that, but how many times did i say the 13w6 is an ALL-around better sub, but it might not be best for him? i did understand the point of the questions, my point is that reguardless of WHAT he wanted (with the exception of price) the 13w6 seem to be a better choice
