How do these compare to MS-62C?

You get a midrange with a larger motor for more thermal dissipation and higher power handling. The cone is a hexagonal laminate type which should have minimal flex when the volume is pushed to ridiculous levels. The tweeter is silk rather than titanium. The tweeter hardware gives the option of dialing in the exact angle to aim them, as the hardware is marked in degrees on the back side. The crossovers only have a 0 dB/-6 dB switch for tweeter attenuation, so you don't get quite as much to play with. They're very substantial in weight and overall appearance, very nice.

This auto loudspeaker features some of JBL’s best technology. Its HCL™ woofer cone is exceptionally stiff, yet lightweight for increased efficiency, exceptional midrange clarity and lower distortion at high-output levels. Its oversized voice coils increase power handling while minimizing distortion. Its spider-integrated tinsel leads enhance reliability and eliminate audible tinsel lead slap. Its Plus One™ (patent pending) woofer cones, with more surface area than competing models of the same size, offer increased bass output and increased efficiency. Its computer-optimized, passive crossover has been voice-matched to ensure optimum imaging, clarity and detail. And its high-bandwidth, edge-driven textile dome tweeters provide reduced distortion at high-output levels.

  • Power handling, RMS 90W
  • Sensitivity (2.83V @ 1m) 94dB
  • Frequency Response 45Hz – 23kHz

Great speakers here from a great seller. These are similar to the infinity kappas but the tweeter is much better IMO.

I have a set of these running off half of a ppi phantom 900.1 and the other half running a pair of kappas. They have a much "smoother" tweet when compared to the kappas. I am very happy with them.
