from what i have heard a lot of the reviews are edited...............

What do you mean?? Their are no reviews by one person under edit, because they would be edited already.

If you read yes I bought a pair of them myself a while back to see what they could do.

If you have been reading click sensitivity. From what im hearing from some buddys is the lower the better. Well how it goes is it only takes the sony 89db to get full potential and the Jbl needs 94db to get full potential get my drift. I could be wrong buy thats how sensitivity is defined.

I mean look at some other subs with low db. Like the RF power HX2 we all know thats a monster sub and it has 85db. The L5 and L7 have 86, and 87db, the XXX has 89Db, the Sx has 88db. I think the lower the better!

LOL!! Jbl makes fine amplifiers, and the Gto sub is loud. Sony is good for the money and gives a good bang for the buck. My opinion they get pretty loud for a Sony.

so according to a "definition" of the word sensitivity an L5 is "better" than a xxx. i have never heard either sub but its pretty clear the L5 is not as good a sub as a xxx. in your sig it says u have a xxx. why not get an L5. it is better than a xxx. its cheaper as well and u need less watts. tel us your reasoning for buying an inferior sub as oppossed to the superior L5 or according to the definition the superior sub is the RF

The XXX is louder but it needs more db to get its potential. The XXX is still louder!! Honestly I think sensitivity is bs, look at the power Hx2 it has 85db and its loud as hell. Syko your pissing me off, welcome to the list. I don't even worry about sensitivity when buying subs, its bs.
