JBL BP1200.1 any good?

i was just recently offered this amp for my phoenix gold and was wondering if it was a good amp? is it better than the memphis 16st-1000d amp?

I was referring to a 2005 JBL vs a 2005 PG

and now that you mention it that Tantrum while not a bad amp

is nothing so superior to the older JBL's,older JBL 1200.1s kicked some ***

i used to have that amp. 1200 x 1 @ 1 or 2 ohms was nice....
