JBl,,bigger better louder..??

Ya I knew about that one.. its supposed to be like 1500 watts RMS 4 ohm stereo and 6000 bridged.. Bentlock had mentioned 10,000 watts. MSRP is supposed to be like $5000 I dont think I will be looking into buying one for a few years...or not at all.. I can do that with a few Harrison Labs AE 4800.1.

For those non believers the 10000 watt amp does exsit but it is true it is going no where as far as production.. it isnt being ment to neither.. it is only to beat the spl record by a long shot and no other company can build an amp that big that will push it cause they do not have the experience like jbl and infinity/ Harman internation as on production of those amps.. jbls main line is stadiums and such.. music halls.. conserts and movie places.. they buil amps that big all the time so they have the tech and research and also the know how to... but they do have a bigger amp in the makeing to assure they keep the spl record.. right now it is just an interductery consept amp" if you will.. to break it then keep it!!

the amp is too expensive thoe for average competitors but for the big shots its not.. but it costs so much to build an amp that big.. and for those who dont know crown is the company that does the heat stuff of the amps.. (like using mosfet in regular amps) crown does the same thing in jbls stadium systems.. and but what sucks that if you use the gti series you have to have a 2-5000 dollar control unit made by jbl to control them helps them reach full potential.. kinda like fine tuning... the reason for the controler is for one wire wireing.. connects only the + side on the speaker not the - pretty cool i thing though..
