hi, i have a dilemma choosing an amp between 3 JBL amps.

For now i will be powering 1 x 12" sub Pioneer 400WRMS, but i will make my choice so that it will allow me some way to expand (ie add a second sub).

the choice is between:

JBL PX600.2 @4ohms: 150WRMSx2, 600RMSx1

@2ohms: 300rmsx2

Jbl PX300.4 @4ohms: 123.5WRMSx4, 358RMSx2

@2ohms: 169rmsx4

JBL GTO601.1 @4ohms: 424RMSx1

@2ohms: 580x1

please give me some advice to make a good choice

thanks

i was thinking of wiring them as follows if i get 2 dual-2ohm subs:

using GTO601 the 2 subs connected series parallel and obtain 2ohms and therefore the amp will give the 580w together.

or using PX300.4, ill connect each sub at 4ohm and giving each 358W at 4ohms each sub.

What would be the best setup?? would i get more power with the PX300.4 or it will lose because of inefficiency compared to the class D amp (GTO)??

thanks
