Probably because he uses UPS....UPS is ridiculous for Canada, and they won't ship to P.O. Boxes.

I can take this one again.....unless the auction has a buy it now option, the only way to win it is to have the highest bid....he can't just email the high bidder on ebay and tell him "sorry bud, I sold it to someone else". He posted the link to attract more people to his auction and to get higher bids, not to sell it outright.
