I read everything idiot look what you started out this thread with. You should have never made this thread dumbass. The reason you made this thread was because he didn't respond to you quick enough. If he did something wrong to you then why would YOU apologize to HIM? What did he do to mess up the deal? You paid money and then YOU backed out not him. So how could he mess up the deal? If you actually waited and then he didn't ship the ipod then you would have an argument. But you totally jumped the gun. You should have asked his refs about him BEFORE you paid. That's your fault. You made a thread about someone that didn't scam you. You could have handled this with him but you didn't even give him time to respond to you. Clearly he had no intentions of scamming you since he gave you your money back. In the future do your research before you buy and if you have an issue with someone try to settle it with them before making a thread about them. My whole point is that you are very impatient and could have avoided this whole thing but you made bad decisions and now are trying to make it seem like jamesw did something wrong to you. But in the end you hurt both of your reputations here pretty much

another idiot who did not read the whole thread. only problem i ever had with this guy is his scammer type comment he made AFTER i paid. never said he did anything to me or anything like that if you guys want to leave your 2cent about the whole thread then attleast read it right. ive even said sorry to this guy jamesw 3 different times when actually he fvcked the deal up not me. its not my fault he cant say shit right. you feggots act like you wouldnt have filed a claim if you were in my place. you buy the item then the seller openlybrags about scamming. did you even read the FS thread? prolly not im sure just another idiot here following the other idiots. just like you guys bashing me then once they FINALLY SEE WHAT HAPPENED "oh im confused why did you still do the deal if you knew he said that?" because he didnt say it til after i had paid idiot. or the part that other senior members agreed i should file the claim in the first place? or like every other idoit bashing me then agreeing with me....get a fvcking life. also ive stated more then once i didnt make the thread on him to bash idiot i was asking for info on him like: have you done a deal with him? did it go good or bad? would you trust him? never did i want personal info on this guy. just trying to get some more refs for him then i would have kept up with the deal. in the end i didnt cost this guy anything only asked for a refund.

he doesnt say anything about a paypal credit does he??? hmmm so he says this right after i paid for the ipod...please learn to read....maybe the thread was made early but fact is he didnt want to give the refund or he would have done it that night but nope he came on here playing around. paypal promised me a 100% refund it wasnt his choice. worst case i had to wait ten days. he messed upo the deal by saying this small comment right here and not explaining it to me or telling me the truth. this guy has yet to post pic of the paypal credit like was asked by kschutte and has yet to post police report...he hasnt done anything to back his claim up yet and youre riding my nuts?

i cant read the guys mind. what dont you understand here? i paid because verything was kool then after i paid he openly brags about scamming gtbike and says it funny. why wouldnt i do a claim? why didnt he just answer my question about the comment??? i didnt put everything in here that i knew or had learned...the guy has a **** excuse for everything...police fetched his $45.00 ipod..ummm paypal gave him a credit for $45.00....he had the flu for 3 weeks...ummm he was evicted on friday....now it is his mom kicked him out not evicted...um he has bricks of coke and pounds of weed....come on man i may have made the thread early but the guy is a ****ing liar and youre bashing the shit out of me like im in the wrong here. if he wouldnt have said such dumb stuff trying to sound kool the deal would have went smooth. i know youre not gonna lie and say you dont see what im saying

I didn't say not to file a claim. I said you could have settled this between you and him and didn't have to make a thread about the guy since he didn't scam you. If he actually scammed you then sure go ahead and make a thread. You are impatient and jumped the gun. Give people time to respond before making a thread about them. You don't seem to understand that for some reason.
