jamesw: post a screen shot so instead of just the text... open the screen, hold Alt and hit "print screen" button, it is on the right side of F12... then open Paint or something and hit Paste, that is all it takes.
micheallane: you REALLY jumped the gun on this one! I agree that what he said was a little "fishy" but... I have been in his shoes before and it SUCKS ***!!! when I tried to make things right with RE_XXX he just kept asking for more and more until I told him to **** off... I came across looking like a scammer until I proved my case (took a little time to do so) and everything went back to normal a few weeks later. Well, except for Ekimdude but he is a dick to everyone so...

Either way, you got your money and he can sell the ipod to someone else so I guess it is done but next time may be try and be a little more patient. People need to remember that "LIFE HAPPENS"!! Took me over a week to get that Atomic motor shipped out to the buyer. I got called back to work and had zero time for anything including the internet, that guy could have jumped on my shit so quick and I would have been in some shit as the thread would have went on without me for days. Instead, he was very patient, calm, cool collected etc... He had even MORE reason to worry because he sent the money as a GIFT like I asked him to do. Point being, just relax people, you have 30 days to file a claim. If you don't hear ANYTHING after say 7-10 days then file a claim and go from there. Making a post after a couple hours with no PM response is just plain OBSURD.

I'd still buy/sell with either one of you though... well, may be not sell to Micheallane but....

i understand but either way sell to me or not...if you felt that weird about me when this is the first time ive had a problem like thiis then **** you. ive sent money as gift when buying also. and ive never had a bad feedback period. point blank he made a bad choice in words and then i filed claim. why didnt he PM me and be pateint like youre saying instead of bashing me for hours in this thread? i would have understood. not fair to act like ive done some horrible shit because i filed a claim when he was quoted saying he ripped other guy off

learn to read dick. i called paypal and they told me that if i think something could go wrong then to not let him ship the ipod. if you dont buy off ebay and the seller on the forum ships you a package filled with paper and can provide a tracking number paypal will side with the seller. only choice i had was to refuse his package and get refund or make a claim so i made the claim. i paid for the item like i said i would before his comment was made. you dont want to sell to me thats kool. even james admitted he shouldnt have worded it like he did...guess you missed that as well...i got this guy james talking like a scammer then bashing me...was fishy to me so i went with the claim...he still has the ipod not like he lost shipping cost or i scammed him. stop *****ing and sell the ipod. he should have talked to me first if he did that i would have still bought the ipod

stupid kid was selling ipod, i bought ipod when he said last buyer scammed him, i paid then he post in his FS thread saying he scammed the buyer and had his money , i filed claim the next morning since he openly said he had other buyers money and item still, jamesw never asked about claim only bashed me in the thread so i wnet ahead with the claim. the end period. that is 100% what happened

still worng i checked his refs and read both sides to HIS scammer thread. in the thread he said gtbike had both money and ipod so i figured he just had bad luck so i went ahead with the deal. then james acts like a idot and cant put his words together and openly brags about scamming gtbike...dont act like you wouldnt have done thee samething. i just got caught up in the middle of BS that the seller didnt feel like explaining to me. who says they ripped abuyer off then thinks the other deal will go okay? why would i wait 6 **** days for this guy to explain to me what happened when he shouldnt have wrote that crap anyways? all i did was trust the guy and pay for the item. besides that i didnt do anythng wrong here. i didnt cause the guy any money or anything. even offered to keep $5 so he wouldnt lose on paypal fees by sending money back to me.

my mistake on the time/paypal thing.

regardless though, im still confused on why you went through with this deal in the first place even though you found all that info. I wouldnt have touched that deal with a 10 foot pole

when i paid for the item he had said gtbike got the money and scammed him. then after i paid he said he had the ipod and still kept gtbikes money. that was a red flag to me so i asked infamouse46, twistedchild420, dirtysouth31...cadillac713...and i think thats it...i asked them if they thought he may scam me, once they all read the FS thread they all said yes. each person said file the claim now. so i did. when jamesw saw the claim he just bashed the shit out of me instead of PMing me. made me feel like he just wanted the money. paypal told me if he send a empty box with tracking number they wont give me my money back because he shipped a item and i cant prove i didnt agree to buy a empty box. forum post dont matter cuz they dont govern this site. so they told me to tell him to just refund money. why didnt he ever tell the whole story from the start? that was fishy so i did the claim. i asked around before doing it and everyone agreed.
