Ive got 350 for 2 subs, what should i get

No Jl Audio please, i had a 12w7, and 3 10w6 AE's and honestly they are over rated as fack! I actually liked my 3 12 kicker comp vrs better than either set up. Any ways like the title says i have around 350-400 for 2 subs. 2 12s would be ported but not a huge box and 2 15s would be sealed...I have a guy who is offering me 2 15 ECLIPSE 88150dvc aluminum subs with box for 300...should i go with that or get something better? Have you thought about putting the JL's in a nice ported box and trying them out? Those eclipses seem like a good deal.

yea i have the 2 10 w6 in a ported box right now but im not impressed...plus i want to try something different...do you think the 2 15s could handle the cadence amplifier?

Try a pair of Digital Designs DD 1500 series...That should be about the right price for a pair....

Your amp will be more than enough power, especially since your going to put it in a sealed enclosure.

Try a pair of Digital Designs DD 1500 series...That should be about the right price for a pair....

Those would also be an excellent choice.

edit: 500 RMS for 12 BM's? Correct? If so they are dual 4 ohm and 2 of them with my amp would be gettin 2500 watts....wouldnt that be too much?

ok ive narrowed it down to the following i can get the 2 15 eclipses for 250 with box, or i can just get 2 15 cvx...which should i go with?
