IT guys: need assitance with IT monitoring.

Well my Laptop is being monitored when I'm at work and sites like youtube.com and facebook are blocked, not even talking about ****.

But while I was out of office for 2 months I could connect to them and just found out that it might cause me some problems and possible warnings.

My question is, how to delete all the entries, so there will be no sign of me doing anything besides work related stuff.

I already went Internet options and deleted history, and files from there,

What else I can do?

you can delete em off your computer but that information is also stored on servers, along with the servers it is saved by the isp

if you feel your gona get in a ton of trouble, admit your mistakes and say its a habbit to type in websites or some bs

X2 everything you do while on a business server is usually recorded and stored and some actually alert the IT personnel or the managers.

You should get a flash drive and install portableapps, it is not 100% but at least you leave no actual traces behind on the PC for them to find.
